POPE ASS BACKWARDS
I actually flew up a few inches above the mattress when it hit this morning, then shook a little, we had an earthquake this AM.
I actually have learned to ride earthquakes, as we get them so often here, when they start, I just roll right into them. So far, we have never had a big enough one to cause a worse experience than that, at least not while I've been alive.
Sometimes I joke that surfing prepares you for earthquakes as you kind of hold your legs bent the same way if you are standing up when one hits. We actually have little 2-3 point earthquakes here several times a week and you can feel them if you are sensitive so--
that's life in L.A.
Grateful for Small Earthquakes as they usually mean Big Earth Stress that causes Big Ones are relieved... kind of like little expressions of anger usually prevent massive explosions... (The guy who flew his plane into the IRS building, all his friends said they never saw him lose his temper.)
